The Romsey Show
Entries from our honey show will be displayed, along with candle rolling, honey tasting, honey sales, yellow-legged hornet display, and lots more. CLICK HERE for more information.

Sunday 4 October 2026
HBA Annual Convention and Honey Show
A full day event at Sparsholt College with excellent talks and workshops as well as the county honey show.

Thursday 22nd October 2026 at Romsey Town Hall
Our Annual Prize-Giving followed by a talk about Fishlake Meadows, Romsey
We will start this meeting by presenting awards to members who exhibited their best hive products at our annual honey show.
This will be followed by a talk about the work being carried out at Fishlake Meadows, a wonderful nature reserve on our doorstep.

Thursday 19th November 2026 at Romsey Town Hall
A talk by Richard Rickett, co-editor of “Beecraft” magazine
We give a warm welcome to Richard, well known for his excellent talks, his articles in the monthly Beecraft magazine and his work in producing this valuable publication. .
We welcome members of other Hampshire beekeeping associations. Please email our secretary if you would like to come along so that we can set out plenty chairs.

Wax Day at Awbridge
Our members are invited to a full day of fun, working with beeswax. We will be cleaning wax that has accumulated through the year to make blocks suitable for wax exchange, and filtering the cleanest wax to make candles and cosmetics. Contact our secretary to book your place.

Our Annual General Meeting
As we move into a new year, it’s time to gather together to review 2026 and to elect the committee for 2027. We will also have lots of refreshments for a good social get-together and catch up with fellow beekeepers, and probably our fun raffle..
